It's been an exciting first year for Community Support Training Ltd, a small family-run business that has grown into a team of 10. From prisons to banks, hospitals to schools, we've worked with a wide range of clients all over the UK, sharing our expertise in leadership and management skills.
One of the highlights of our first year was the opportunity to give guest talks at universities on these important topics. We believe that strong leadership and management are key to success in any organization, and we were thrilled to share our insights and experience with the next generation of leaders.
But our commitment to making a difference doesn't stop at the workplace. We're also dedicated to giving back to the community, and in our first year, we've donated over £10,000 worth of free training to groups such as new parents and carers, football clubs, and students. Whether it's teaching first aid or providing mentoring support, we're always looking for ways to make a positive impact on the people around us.
Looking ahead to the rest of the year, we have a big goal: to double in size by the end of 2021. We're confident that with hard work and dedication, we'll be able to achieve this milestone and continue to grow and thrive in the years to come.
