Why I love Delivering First Aid Courses!
As a certified first aid instructor, I have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others every time I teach a course.
There is something truly rewarding about giving people the skills and knowledge they need to help someone in an emergency situation. As a mother of 6 grown children, and 3 young grandchildren, I've seen first hand how important it is to be prepared for the unexpected, and that's what first aid training is all about.
It is not just about learning how to do CPR or treat a wound - it is about having the confidence to take action and potentially save a life.
I love seeing the sense of accomplishment and empowerment on my students' faces when they complete a course. It's a feeling that stays with them long after the class is over, and it's something that can make a real impact on their personal and professional lives. But for me, the best part of delivering first aid courses is knowing that I'm helping to create a safer world, one person at a time. It's a noble pursuit, and one that I am proud to be a part of.

It's been an exciting first year for Community Support Training Ltd, a small family-run business that has grown into a team of 10. From prisons to banks, hospitals to schools, we've worked with a wide range of clients all over the UK, sharing our expertise in leadership and management skills.
